The team of experienced staff will advise new customers in the process to convert their existing data into a format required by Best Practice.  Comprehensive FAQ documents are provided on the installation DVD that will take you from installing the software, performing a data conversion through to configuring the system to sure your required ready for GO LIVE.

As a highly intuitive application, most computer literate users will have little difficulty navigating the program. Comprehensive Help Files provide detailed information about the functionality of the software and can be accessed anywhere in the application.

Our support staff have extensive experience in the medical software industry and understand the special needs of GPs and their staff. With additional experience in Nursing and Practice Management, our staff can appreciate the competing demands of busy surgeries. Our technical expertise means that we can work closely with your local IT support person to provide a comprehensive and holistic service that is responsive to your needs.

    Training

As a highly intuitive application, most computer literate users will have little difficulty navigating the program.
Training Tutorials can be provided on DVD at no charge.
Comprehensive Help Files provide detailed information about the functionality of the software and can be accessed anywhere in the application.
FAQ documents are provided on the Best Practice installation DVD and cover the most commonly asked questions.
Our helpful support staff are also happy to help with any training issues you may have via email, phone or fax.

Best Practice offers three options for more formal training:

1. Remote Training (via WebEx internet training site)

Training is hosted by WebEx (You will need a PC with Internet access and a speaker phone or conference phone for multiple attendees.)
Limited to 25 individual computers with courses being completely customisable for the practice or division.
Training manuals are supplied in electronic PDF format.
- $165 Per hour

2. Onsite Training (at your Practice)

A training staff member from Best Practice Software visits your site and provides training for both clinical and management.
Courses range from a few hours for Clinical to full day training for Management.
Clinical training is usually taken up by doctors who have had minimal exposure to computerised clinical records previously.
Practice Managers may also want to attend these sessions.
Management training is targeted at front desk staff and administrative personnel.
6 - 8 participants at a time is the most effective number of participants.
4 Training manuals are supplied to you in hardcopy format.
- $165 Per hour (Minimum of 4 hours) + Travel time @ $27.50 Per hour
Airfares: Approximately $600 (Bundaberg > Sydney and return)*
Accommodation: Approximately $250 per day *


Airfares, Accommodation and Transport must be paid for UPFRONT.
You will be Invoiced upon return for variable costs such as Training hours / Travel time.

*Costs may vary due to availability of flights & accommodation.

3. Group Training (at a Cliftons Training facility)

These sessions will be offered throughout the year in major cities.
Group size will be 8-12 persons.
Both Clinical and Management sessions will be offered.
A Booking form will be sent to you and returned to Best Practice via FAX or email.
Payment must be made in full before training takes place.

Clinical Refresher - $220 per person per session, $165 Per Session if multiple sessions and/or participants are booked.
Management Sessions - $220 per person if the FULL DAY is booked, $165 per person if only ONE SESSION is booked.
IT Session (Setting up BP) - $110 per person

All quoted prices include GST.
